Anne’s journey into the pet industry began in 1983 when she started as a vet technician and pet groomer. She went on to found Doggone Pretty, Inc. in 2007. She is the proud mother of two Australian Cattle Dogs, also known as Blue Heelers, named Skye and Dillon. Being a small business owner, the salon is her life, but when she can get away she enjoys being outside in nature, either hiking or landscaping. Horses have always been a passion of Anne’s. She successfully raised and showed Quarter Horses for many years in cutting horse competitions. She is a member of the National Dog Groomers Association for Professional Pet Groomers and is AKC S.A.F.E. Certified.
Jeremy has been with Doggone Pretty, Inc. since 2009! He started as a groomer’s assistant, and shortly after made the transition to become a full-time groomer. He loves all kinds of animals, and working with them even more. He has three cats at home: Arya, Sergent Pepper, and Neko. Outside of work, he loves the arts. He performs in community theater productions and plays the viola.
Terri is a certified master groomer and has been grooming since 2013. She has been a Doggone Pretty, Inc. groomer since June 2018. She has a son in college, she has 2 mini teacup poodles, Ruby & Remy whom you may see at the salon from time to time. She enjoys working in the yard, biking and walks with her poodles.
Destiny has been with us since July of 2023. She started grooming in 2018. She's always had a passion for dogs and working with them, whether it's grooming or training her own. She is wonderful with very nervous and anxious dogs. Very patient and calm with them. If you have a nervous or difficult dog, she's your girl!
Emily is Doggone Pretty's newest member of the team. She has only been in the pet care industry a little over a year, but she brings lots of love to the dogs! When she is not at work, she spends her time with family and her dog, Maranta!
Kelsey has been with us since November 2021. When she is not working, she is spending time with her kids and the family dog, Poppy.
Josephine has bounced around the animal industry since 2016. She started out as a volunteer at a local vet clinic slowly pursuing her passion by working as a bather and then finally in April 2022, she became a groomer in training here at Doggone Pretty, inc. Josephine is fear free certified and has a huge love for all animals. In October 2022, she had her first bundle of joy. When she is not at the salon, she is spending time with her son, family, and the family pets, Cica (cat) and Callie (dog).
Halcyon joined the team in April 2023. She has been a vet assistant since 2021, but is now transitioning to grooming. She enjoys reading, frequenting coffee shops, and many outdoor activities like paddle boarding.
Alexis has been with us since July of 2023. She has been grooming since August of 2018. When she's not at work she is spending time training her dogs Rowan and Ruger. She loves taking them on hikes to play in waterfalls.
